Steamboat Rock dominates the landscape in Echo Park as Green and Yampa river rafters float by. Visitors view the impressive collection of rock-encased dinosaur fossils inside the Quarry Exhibit Hall. Outside, they take ranger-led and self-guided walks through a landscape once roamed by the ancient reptiles. Remnants from 10,000 years of human occupation also are preserved.
