What are Travel Stamps?
Travel Stamps are colorfully illustrated collectible vinyl decals for everywhere you travel. We produce stamps predominately for public lands, states, cities, towns and popular attractions across the United States. Our goal is to create the most comprehensive souvenir network for you to preserve and relive a lifetime of memories in one attractive and convenient place.

 

Are they real postage stamps?
No. While we designed our decals in the shape of postage stamps, they are NOT postage, they are souvenir decals and unfortunately would make for very ineffective - and large - postage. A Travel Stamp is about 4x the size of a Forever Stamp.  

 

Why are some stamps $2.99 and others $3.99?
The decision to raise our prices was not taken lightly but became necessary after years of rising production costs and requests from our park partners who are in need of more support from their visitor center gift shops. To make the transition smoother, we launched an automatic multi-stamp discount program, with volume discounts ranging from 10%-25% along with a phased approach. We are selling through the $2.99 stamps we have on-hand, but once they are sold out and restocked, they will be $3.99. Volume discounts apply to all stamps, whether they are $2.99 or $3.99.

 

What are the dimensions of a Travel Stamp?
The entire rectangular sheet is 2 7/8” wide and 6” tall
The Stamp itself is 1 ¾” wide and 2 1/8” tall
The text sticker at the bottom is 2 7/8” wide and 1 ¾” tall

 

What do I do with the bottom text sticker?
If you would like to collect our interpretive text stickers alongside our illustrated stamps, there is space to do this in our Album+ and Journal spiral-bound Collection Books and our Collection Booklet. You may also “Build Your own Binder” to accommodate the text stickers. Alternatively, you do not have to save them at all. If interpretation isn’t your thing, give it a read, remove it and recycle the backing paper. Album & Guide books DO NOT have designated spaces for the bottom text sticker - interpretive text about each destination is already printed in the Album & Guides.

 

I started collecting the National Park stamps in an Album & Guide, but now I want to switch to the Binder or Booklet. Do I have re-purchase the stamps I already placed in my Album & Guide?

Where do the “I Saw Them All” or "Achievement" stamps go?
Our Achievement stamps were designed to be placed in our Album & Guides. Each Album & Guide has space for its own regional achievement stamps and final “I Saw Them All” stamp. The Pocket Albums, Album+ and Journals each have a space for one small “I Saw Them All” stamp, but no spaces for regional achievement stamps. There are not specific “I Saw Them All” pages for the Binder or Booklet, but you may use the blank pages for this purpose if you so choose.

 

How many pages fit in the Build Your Own Binder?
We recommend keeping no more than 50 pages in your binder. All our pages are double sided and remember to leave room for photos, maps and other memorabilia.

 

How many stamps fit in the Collection Booklet?
26. For each stamp there is a line in the Directory, a space for the stamp’s corresponding text sticker, date visited, and blank space to write, draw, or paste memorabilia.

 

How many booklets fit in the Collection Binder?

5 booklets fit comfortably in the Binder, but will differ depending on how many other pages/dividers/memorabilia you have added.


I see Travel Stamps is based in Kansas City, can I visit and/or purchase stamps at your office? 
Yes, curbside pickup only. Upon placing your order on our website, change your shipping address to our office address (11052 S Green Rd Olathe, KS 66061) you will then see an option for In-Store Pickup. Once you place your order, reply to your confirmation email to let us know when you intend on stopping by so we can have your order ready for curbside pickup. Text us when you arrive at (970) 235-0236! 

 

I just purchased products from the website and noticed they went on sale; can I get a refund or credit?
Yes, if you purchased items 7 days prior to a sale or 24 hours after a sale, you may contact us to inquire about a refund for the difference or credit toward your next purchase.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically fill orders the same day or next business day. Domestic orders take 2-4 days to arrive once they are filled, with the exception of standard letters (no tracking) which can sometimes take up to 10 business days to arrive. International delivery differs depending on the country and delivery method (first class/priority).

 

Why haven’t I received my International order?
Some countries require an additional “duty” on merchandise over a certain dollar amount. If you placed an international order and tracking says your order has arrived in your country but hasn’t been delivered for several days or weeks, check with your local post office, they may be holding it.

 

There was an error with my order, what do I do?
Mistakes happen! We promise we will do everything in our power to make it right. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues, concerns or questions regarding your order or any of our products. Simply reply to any of our email correspondence or fill out the “Contact Us” form.
