The park’s Kīpahulu District has been home to many generations of Native Hawaiians. Some of their stories are shared with hikers on this half-mile loop trail from the visitor center. En route to Kūloa Point’s dramatic ocean views, the trail passes a cultural demonstration area, archeological sites and the legendary Pools of ‘Ohe’o.
