Formerly serving as a railroad crossing of the Mohican River, the aptly named Bridge of Dreams is the longest covered bridge in Ohio. The 370-foot span today is part of the Mohican Valley recreational rail-trail. Covered bridges are plentiful in rural Ohio, where outdoors enthusiasts enjoy the many waterfalls that cascade through the scenic Hocking Hills region.
