Less than a mile in length, the Hall of Mosses Trail is a favorite pathway through the park’s enchanting temperate rainforest. The canopied hiking loop visits a lush, moss-cloaked old-growth forest watered by 140 inches of precipitation that falls annually. Many trail users keep an eye out for Olympic’s iconic Roosevelt elk.
