Planning a trip? Check out the Angel Island State Park website.
Accessible only by public ferry or private boat, this island offers panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay. The Coast Miwok first inhabited the island over 2,000 years ago and used its natural resources for hunting and gathering. Foot trails and fire roads encircling the island lead to beaches at Quarry Point, Ayala Cove, and Perles Beach, and up to Mount Caroline Livermore’s summit.
While you're here, don't forget to grab our Angel Island Immigration Station stamp.
