This town on Route 66 may have had its economy saved by a song when the Eagles included Winslow in the lyrics of the group's 1972 hit "Take it Easy." People from all over come to town to snap photos in Standin' on the Corner Park, home to statues of a musician named Easy and a band member named Glen Frey, who co-wrote the tune. A mural commemorates the song's girl in a flatbed Ford.
