Planning a trip? Check out the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial website.
The 16th President spent 14 years on this farm in Southern Indiana. Life in his pioneer community is recreated on the original site with park rangers conducting living history demonstrations within the homestead’s working fields and gardens. His mother, Nancy Hanks Lincoln, and other pioneers are buried within the site’s Pioneer Cemetery.
