Underwater in a vast expanse of ocean off Cape Cod are three deep canyons and four seamounts (extinct volcanic mountains) that help form rich, biodiverse ecosystems. Deep-sea corals thrive in a marine realm that attracts whales, dolphins, sea turtles and smaller fish hunted by predatory fish and seabirds. Sport fishing is permitted.
