The three-mile-round-trip main trail leads hikers to a picturesque oasis shaded by native California fan palms watered by a spring-fed stream. Wildlife sightings may include sure-footed desert bighorn sheep, coyotes and migrating birds that stop by for a cool drink. Spring arrives with red, yellow and blue wildflower blooms.
