Operating since 1942 in Florida’s panhandle, this park offers the state’s only public dry-cave tour. CCC workers in the late 1930s hand-dug and widened its cave passages that wind through chambers filled with stalactites, stalagmites, flowstones, and draperies including the famous Wedding Cake. Beyond the caves, visitors can swim at a natural spring, paddle the nearby river, hike, and camp.
