The ringing of a 95-bell Carillon resounds throughout this urban park near the Capitol. Each of the Volunteer State's 95 counties are represented by a bell and are counted among many features designed to celebrate the 16 state's admission to the Union. Other elements honor the state's natural features, including a plaza of granite maps.
