Routes to the base of the 75-foot high Cummins Falls in this rugged park on the Blackburn Fork State Scenic River are steep and uneven with access permitted only on fair weather days. Rock shelves underneath the waterfalls create the park’s swimming hole. Natural hiking trails including the Waterfall Overlook and Delia Bell Meadow Trail provide scenic views of the gorge and river below.
