Built in 1841, this Austin home originally served as diplomatic outpost to France’s chargé d’affaires to the Republic of Texas. Eventually, it became the center of 
the vibrant Robertson Hill neighborhood. One of the oldest buildings in Austin, the home tells the story of Texas’ settlement and the capital city’s growth.
