Established in 1966 after the completion of the Yellowtail Dam on the Bighorn River, this site teems with water and dry-land recreation opportunities. Its lengthy reservoir welcomes boaters, paddlers, anglers, swimmers, and divers. On land, visitors hike, tour historic ranches, admire wildlife, photograph wild horses and view exhibits.
