Centered on a spring that discharges about 20 million gallons daily, this 625-acre park preserves a swimming hole once nicknamed the “Fountain of Youth.” Inside, visitors find the Old Sugar Mill Pancake House, a 100-year-old replica of a 1830s sugarmill that lets guests cook pancakes on table griddles. Heritage boat tours highlight wildlife, plantation ruins, and the history of Spring Garden Run.
