This park in British Columbia is known for its soaring peaks and ancient glaciers. It is home to Rogers Pass, a National Historic Site that was pivotal in the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway. The park’s many 7,000 year-old glaciers were a major draw for early tourism. Glacier remains a haven for backcountry adventure with challenging trails like the Asulkan Valley route.
