This local history museum, housed in a pre-WWII beach cottage, tells the stories of a humble fishing village turned tourist destination, its people, their lives, and their livelihood. Entrance is free for visitors to explore its exhibits, including flying through the eye of a hurricane with “Hurricane Hunters”. Seasonal events and films as well as adult and youth programs are offered throughout the year.
