Springwood, the lifelong Hyde Park home of the 32nd President, is preserved on 300 acres that include the Presidential Library and Museum. Construction of the home began in 1793 and expanded over time to include 49 rooms. The grounds include the Top Cottage, used for diplomatic matters, and the family garden burial site.
