Located between the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell near the small town of Page, this horseshoe-shaped meander in the Colorado River is one of the finest scenes in the Southwest. Visitors who embark on the 1.5-mile round trip hike to the canyon rim overlook are rewarded with grand views more than 1,000 feet above the river’s flow.
