Hikers traverse a section of the NCT, including a suspension bridge over the Baltimore River, to visit the popular O Kun de Kun Falls. It is one of many natural wonders found 
in this Upper Peninsula forest covering over one million acres between Lake Superior and the Wisconsin border. Old growth forests, wilderness areas, lakes, and wildlife, including black bears, draw recreationalists year-round.
