Giant Tecolote ranunculus unfurl in color-blocked rows along sprawling coastal bluffs. Often described as 70 million blooms, these are the largest ranunculus flower fields in the world. They bloom only in an eight-to-ten- week window in the spring. Grown for both viewing and commercial use, local ranunculus flowers have been cultivated on this working farm for more than 85 years.
