Built in the 1890s along Steiner Street and famously known as "Postcard Row," these seven pastel Victorian houses survived the devastating 1906 earthquake. Their ornate Queen Anne architecture and candy-colored facades stand in striking contrast to the modern downtown 
skyline rising behind them, a juxtaposition that has made the view one of the most photographed in the country.
