This site is a replica of the Manhattan brownstone townhouse where the robust man who would become America’s 26th president and one of the faces on Mount Rushmore was born in 1858. T.R. lived in the upscale house until the age of 14. Guided tours visit period rooms containing many of the home’s original furnishings.
