Among a complex of office buildings along 42 acres of grounds on Capitol Hill sits a Neoclassical structure completed in 1915. Built of limestone, marble, and granite, its focal point is the 213-foot-tall 24-karat gold-plated cupola. On the north end of the grounds of this National Register of Historic Places designee is “Testament,” a memorial to honor the Little Rock Nine.
