¡Si, Se Puede! Cesar Chavez was an influential labor and civil rights leader. Beginning his life in manual labor, he eventually co-founded the National Farm Workers Association. Always peaceful in protesting, Chavez most notably helped organize the Delano grape strikes uniting labor workers across California in protest for better wages.
