One of three lights managed by the National Park Service, this 19th-century structure previously was operated by the U.S. Coast Guard. The complex, including the keeper's residence, only occasionally hosts tours, but the iconic operational tower viewed from trailside overlooks may be the most photographed lighthouse in New England.
